House rules B&B Pax Tibi

Welcome to B&B Pax Tibi

We believe it is important that all our guests feel comfortable and welcome with us. Therefore, we ask you to respect the following house rules. They are designed to make your stay, and that of other guests, as pleasant as possible.

1. Arrival and departure

  • Check-in is possible from the agreed arrival time.
  • We ask you to inform us in advance of your expected time of arrival.
  • On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation by the agreed check-out time at the latest.
  • An alternative arrival or departure time is only possible by arrangement and subject to availability.

2. Rust and nuisance

  • We ask you to consider the peace and quiet of other guests and the residents of Bed & Breakfast Pax Tibi.
  • Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, it should be quiet.
  • Music, television, and other sounds must not cause nuisance.
  • Parties, gatherings, and other events are not permitted without prior approval.

3. Drugs and weapons

  • Smoking and weapons are not allowed in the rooms or other indoor areas of Bed & Breakfast Pax Tibi.
  • Smoking is permitted only outside.
  • Cigarette butts should be deposited in the designated ashtray.

4. Visit

  • Visits from persons who are not registered as guests are only allowed after prior consultation.
  • Overnight stays by persons not included in the reservation are only permitted with the consent of the owner and may incur additional costs.

5. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

6. Use of the accommodation

  • We kindly ask you to treat the accommodation, furniture, inventory, and facilities with care.
  • It is not permitted to make adjustments to equipment or installations without permission.

7. Damage and breakage

  • Damage, breakage or loss should be reported to us as soon as possible.
  • In case of damage or loss due to careless, incompetent, or intentional behavior, the costs of repair or replacement may be charged. Normal wear and tear is, of course, not included.

8. Safety

  • Smoke detectors, fire detectors, and other safety devices must not be disabled, removed, or covered.
  • Flight routes and passageways should remain clear.
  • In the event of an emergency, we ask you to follow the instructions of the owner or emergency services.

9. Keys

  • Keys should be kept carefully.
  • In the event of a lost key, the actual costs incurred for replacement or necessary measures can be passed on.

10. Hygiene and waste

  • Waste should be placed in the designated waste bins. These are available in the studios. For the standard rooms, waste bins are located in the corridor where you can separate your waste.
  • We ask you to keep the accommodation clean.
  • In the event of exceptional pollution requiring additional cleaning, the extra cleaning costs can be passed on.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • It is not allowed to smoke in or around the B&B:
  • drugs to use, trade or store;
  • weapons or other dangerous objects to use or store;
  • activities that may cause danger, harm or serious nuisance.

12. Violation of the house rules

In the event of serious or repeated violations of the house rules, serious nuisance, damage or danger, Bed & Breakfast Pax Tibi may terminate the stay, to the extent permitted by law. Any resulting costs or damages may be recovered from the perpetrator.
